Problems of criminal responsibility of persons with mental deviations

In the paper the problems of the criminal responsibility of persons with mental deviations have been analyzed. The definition of the indicated responsibility using the institute of a restricted (diminished) responsibility and its different scientific treatments has been considered. The paper analyses the peculiarities of the criminal behaviour of the mentally deviated persons, the reasons of their high social danger and the measures on optimization of preventive activity.
