The influence of organization terms on a company size

The influence of organization terms on a company size in fishing industry has been considered in the paper. The author has proved that breaking up fishing companies into smaller units during privatization had been irrational. The conclusion about necessity of integration of modern fishing companies has been made.

Transaction costs of fishing industry enterprises

The paper has analyzed the statement that the developed coastal infrastructure, in particular ship repair is necessary for maintenance of steady work of fleet at development of stocks of Arctic regions. The today's condition of the ship-repair enterprises will not provide requirement of fleet without innovative transformations.
