On the challenging gabbro in the intrusions of the peridotite-pyroxenite-gabbronorite formation by the example of the geological structure of the Fedorova Tundra top intrusion

The paper deals with deformational history of Palaeoproterozoic rocks of the Sergozero Unit. The deformations occurred 1.97-1.90 Ga ago. The temporal succession of compressional (D2-D3) and extensional (D4-D5) deformations has been considered. Results of geometrical (D1-D5) and kinematic (D2-D4) analyses of linear and planar textures have been presented. The extensional event D4 resulted in the development of gold-bearing shear zones.
