Historical and philosophical analysis of heritage of A.N. Krylov in the field of methodology of engineering

Kant's substantiation of free will and moral law has been discussed in the paper. Some typical critical opinions and evaluations of the thinker's ideas on these problems have been considered. The basic results of Kant substantiation of free will and moral law originality have been analyzed.
