The author analyses the censorship policy towards philosophical literature of the Tsar and the Temporary government and the Soviet government in 1917-1987. Based on the examples of the censor prohibitions of books and papers, their destruction and transferring to the library special storages, it has been proved that the censorship policy was repressive.

Dostoevsky's views on man
This paper briefly highlights some theories of man, the problem of rights in Russian philosophy, reveals the existential nature of F.M. Dostoevsky's views in his approach to the determination of main themes of "human soul" research. The ethical personalism of the philosopher has been analyzed, his views on man and personality have been shown.
