Basic approaches to optimum automatic management of fish cold smoking

The resonator method for measurement of physical properties of liquids has been proposed. The method implies application of modified striplines as sensors. According to the method a section of a non-symmetric stripline is considered as a resonator sensor. Structural schemes of measuring devices containing these sensors have been presented.
