Controlling as a function of enterprise management

The paper considers controlling - a modern conception of enterprise management which coordinates and integrates processes of planning, regulation and control. The relevance and necessity of controlling introduction have been proved. The notion of management and its functions have been considered. In the paper the concept, purposes, tasks and functions of controlling have been characterized.

Informational supply of managerial processes in fishery organisations

The paper considers problems concerning using information technology means for valuation of economic state of commercial fishery enterprises accounting specific character of the object. The main stress has been made on constructing a simulation model by means of Visual Basic for Applications in Excel.
