Career and factors defining it

In the paper some basic characteristics of the concept of career have been considered, the definition of this concept has been given, a new opinion on the career growth has been proposed. The examples of the existing classifications of the career factors have been given and a new classification built on results of analysis of different people careers has been proposed.
