The way to improve the quality of domestic shipbuilding and ship repair for increasing economic presence of Russia in the Arctic

The main problems and ways to improve the efficiency and quality of military shipbuilding and ship repair in modern conditions have been presented. The necessity for state support of shipbuilding and ship repair and development of entrepreneurship in the industry has been pointed out; a number of modern ways of increasing the efficiency and quality of management has been defined.
