Arctic: Strengthening of geopolitical positions and economic development

The paper considers perspectives of development of port special economic zones in Arctic by the example of foreign experience of these zones' managing. Special attention has been paid to questions of taxation of port special economic zones, the comparison of taxes in Russian ports before and after receiving the status of a special economic zone has been carried out.
