Possibility of delivery of new fish products to consumer market
The paper considers the problem of development and delivery of new fish products to the consumer market. The attention has been paid to the analysis of changes in consumer preferences and demand for these products, technologies and competitive environment. The authors have noted that the survival of fish processing company depends on how well it develops and introduces new products to market.
