Investment planning as a way of providing enterprise stability

The paper considers the theoretical aspects of enterprise stability as a complex dynamic system. The concepts of production and finance stability have been given and their interconnection has been analyzed. The principles, objects and tasks of investment planning and its role as a means of the stability have been considered as well.

On role of the state in increasing investment attraction of Russian commercial fishery

The paper is devoted to questions of informational supply of managerial processes in the fishery organisations. The concept of information and its classification has been considered. The information necessary for working out decisions depending on kinds of administrative actions, centres of responsibility and its consumers has been systematised. The role of controlling in informational supply of management system has been revealed. The content of stages of managerial processes' informational supply in fishery organisations has been determined.
