On perspectives of transformation of existing organizational and legal structure of fish companies in the Murmansk region

The current state of the technological structure of the Murmansk region economy and trends of technological development in 1997-2004 have been analyzed in this paper. Reasons and consequences of deformation of the technological structure of the Murmansk region economy have been considered. Problems of technological development control and basic ways of improvement of the system of technological development management of the region have been shown.
