Some aspects of quality of tourist trade
Abstract. The modern tourist market of Russia is characterized by a high level of competition in which the leading role plays quality but not price as earlier. Nowadays, quality in the tourist business leaves much to be desired, as services have a number of characteristics, which cause a lot of problems as to a consumer and to a manufacturer of the tourist product. And first of all these problems are connected with the definition of the tourist services quality parameters and methods of their control. In the paper the characteristic of these concepts as well as a list of components of their elements has been given.
