Winter polar stratospheric clouds of 2010 in the high latitudes
Abstract. Results of photographic observations of polar stratospheric (nacreous or mother-of-pearl) clouds above Murmansk (Russia) during January-February 2010 have been presented. Heights of the stratospheric clouds have been defined, conditions of their formation and their impact on the total ozone content have been discussed.
