Abstract. The paper considers main features of insurance and risks redistribution in Russian fishing sector. Risks arising during producing fish production and mechanisms of their reducing have been analyzed. It has been established that creation of insurance economic risks system serves as one of the main components of economic consolidation of industrial enterprises and stabilization of economics.
