Maintenance and repair of ships using methods of network planning and management

Abstract. In the paper the cluster system of fleet service has been offered by the author. It is supposed to help solve problems of modernization and competitiveness for the enterprises of ship repairing. The nowadays financial state of ship repairing enterprises does not allow them to solve these problems independently without industrial cooperation and methods of network planning.
