Influence of electrical customers debts on the region's economy (by the example of the Murmansk region)
Abstract. The paper examines the role of electricity in the Murmansk region economy in terms of growing debt crisis of heat and water supplying enterprises of the Murmansk region before electricity suppliers. The causes of debts' accumulation, tariff regulation of these enterprises have been analyzed in the paper. Conclusions about the undesirable consequences of debts to resource supplying companies have been made and some ways of crisis overcoming have been offered.
