Factors influencing tariff policy in electric power industry and social and economic consequences of its realization
Abstract. The paper analyzes some factors influencing tariff policy formation in electric power industry as well as social and economic consequences of its realization. The paper shows the main concern of tariff policy; basic areas where it is necessary to consider price variation for electric power; development of region economy and country as a whole depending on change of prices for electric power; the system of measures which could be a "buffer" for tariff increase has been worked out.
