System analyses of potential of Murmansk regional railway complex transport capacity
Abstract. Load of potential transport capacity of Murmansk region railway complex has been investigated in the paper. The dynamics of Murmansk railway complex traffic has been analyzed; the problems of complex management during transformation of its potential using have been considered; the necessity of the complex development as a production system sensitive to environment requirements and capable to adaptation has been substantiated.
