Modern features and tendencies of innovation processes in the North
Abstract. The paper discusses challenges of the present condition and development prospects of the northern regions in the light of innovation transformations. It has been shown that these regions are solvent consumers of technologies transfer. The special attention has been paid to prospective issues of the Arctic shelf development.
