Generations of random process of irregular sea roughness for modelling the behaviour of an object at anchor
Abstract. The algorithm of programme generation of transverse effort and rotating moment caused by irregular sea wave has been presented in the paper. The algorithm uses spectrum densities of the given power features and canonical decomposition of the casual process on trigonometric functions.
