Some aspects of higher education availability for physically disabled students
Abstract. In this paper some reasons of occurrence of social and philosophical problems of higher education availability for physically disabled students have been considered. The analysis of the legal basis of relations between invalids and the state both in Russia and abroad has been carried out. The author has come to the conclusion about possibility of changing the existing situation to the best.
