Abstract. The question of the proved application of CNC machine tools in individual manufacture has been considered on the basis of design features of details in gas turbine engines. The algorithm of improvement of details on adaptability to manufacture as its qualitative assessment has been developed. It has allowed to give recommendations on a number of necessary requirements to the details processed on CNC machines.
