Abstract. Design of adaptive control system estimating disturbance channel capacity has been considered. In order to provide prescribed control quality items a criterion has been suggested. It takes into account random character of disturbing actions. Modeling results for a control system of boiler water level realized on the base of adaptive three-pulse regulator have been presented.
