Abstract. The evaluation of the enterprise sustainable development has been presented on the example of the largest mining and metallurgical complex of the Murmansk region – Public Corporation "Kola Mining and Metallurgical Company". The evaluation has been given by means of dynamic analysis of main social and economic indicators in the spheres of industrial safety, namely environmental activity and occupational safety during 2004-2010. The paper displays that the enterprise’s capital investment in these spheres are great as the state of environment and it’s impact on the work capacity and labor productivity are directly related with health of population, first of all employable population who is guarantee of the enterprise sustainable development.
