Abstract. The paper considers approaches to management information support problems solving regional development global security based on simulation and cognitive information technologies. An agent-based integrated information environment conceptual model for security management support of Arctic regions development (on the example of the Murmansk region) has been proposed. The model provides technological framework for security organizational structures activity information support problems solving engaged in the field of regional sub-systems functioning security control maintenance.
