Abstract. The paper represents research in the field of information technologies development and design for education quality management support in the context of regional development global safety problems. A multiagent information technology for higher education quality management information support has been developed. As a quality criterion the mastering level of each discipline of curriculum by the students has been proposed. The technology provides the possibility to design and research different scenarios of the educational activities of higher education institutions on basis of agent-based simulation.
