Abstract. One of the main characteristics of the operation of fishing enterprises as a socio-ecological-economic system is their sensitivity to the existing factors of the corresponding subsystems. Using the principal components' analysis these factors have been determined. They are: financial assets of an enterprise, age of vessels, quantity of caught fish, fuel cost, value of catch.
