Abstract. The paper considers theoretical and methodological aspects of mathematical modeling of customs and business relations. The object-oriented optimization model of "customs – business" relations has been shown. Possible scenarios of interaction described with the help of mathematical models developed on the game theory basis have been systematized. The study has confirmed the possibility of increasing efficiency of interaction between customs and business using public-private partnership and trust.
