Risk management of financial and budget development in a region (municipality)
Abstract. The main purposes of the paper are generalisation and analysis of risks of financial and budget development of a region (municipality) and definition of risk-management mechanisms in the financial and budgetary sphere. The work examines the basic risks of financial and budget development of a region (municipality), offers additional classification of risks, defines the procedure of the risk-management in the financial and budget sphere. Three scenarios of budgetary policy characterized by strengthening role of separate directions of the financial and budgetary security have been defined. The risks connected with realization of scenarios of budgetary policy have been considered.
