Principles of the regional innovation system in Russian Federation
Abstract. The paper considers necessity of transferring to the non-resource based model of the country's development. The role of the enterprise in regional innovation system's forming and functioning has been described. The results of the Northern region enterprises' innovation activity based on some aggregated indices (material capacity, capital-output ratio, wage ratio) have been given. Principles of regional innovation systems and tools of enterprises' innovation activity stimulation have been proposed.
