Economic subjects and objects of business regulation

Abstract. In the paper the systematization of modern theoretical and practical approaches to the selection of subjects and objects of business has been carried out. The author's vision of modern business problems has been presented. The influence of systemic factors in the development of the economy on a favorable business climate has been analyzed. It has been shown that separation of state and market regulators participate in the development of entrepreneurial innovation allows us to refine and add to the problem of modern government regulatory programs and business support.
