Abstract. The complex of aquaculture and biological parameters as well as biochemical structure of muscular tissue of uneven-aged wild and plant breeding Salvelinus alpinus lepechini (G.) has been considered. The conditions of fish keeping at the fish-breeding enterprises of the Murmansk region have been taken into account.
