Personnel problems of travel agencies in the Murmansk region
Abstract. The paper is devoted to the problems of professional training and re-training of the staff for the tourism industry. The condition and features of the tourism staffing in the Murmansk region have been considered in the paper. As a result of the analysis of interviews with representatives of the regional authorities, business, and vocational educational institutions the authors have made the conclusion about the non-compliance of the professional training to the practical needs of regional tourism.
