K.A. Nevolin and the German philosophy of the late XVIII – early XIX centuries
Abstract. The paper contains the analyses of the views of K.A. Nevolin – one of the founders of the national legal and philosophical school – on the German classical philosophy. The author considers the assessment of the main theses of the philosophical and legal doctrines of Fichte, Schelling, and Hegel made by the Russian thinker in his work "Encyclopedia of jurisprudence".
