Economic self-determination of young leaders (by the example of the Murmansk region)
Abstract. In the paper the problem of economic self-determination of young leaders in the modern Russian society on the example of the Murmansk region has been considered. The attention has been paid to a leadership phenomenon with emphasis on the age period of youth, to convergence of concepts of economic self-determination and social and economic orientation processes. The characteristic of economic self-determination of young leaders in the context of socialization process has been given.
