Factors of navigation safety in the mobile traffic control system
Abstract. The analysis and navigation safety managing using mobile vessel traffic control systems (MVTS) in a limited area have been fulfilled. The goals, objectives, requirements, and basic functions of MVTS have been substantiated. Its practical implementation has been shown.
