Training of Personnel - Necessary Condition for Growth of Mining Industry of the Murmansk Region
Abstract. The history of origination and modern state of mining enterprises of the Murmansk region are described in this article. A unique nature of most mining enterprises, their role and importance in economy of Russia are underlined. Special attention is paid to a supply of mining enterprises with highly-skilled specialists. A conclusion about the necessity of preparation of specialists directly in the Murmansk region, in the Murmansk State Technical University, in particular, is made.
