Men'shikov V.I., Reliability of observing surrounding navigation space with errors of a "human element"
Abstract. It has been shown that in organizational and technical systems of observing surrounding navigation space collective errors of a "human element" being on watch on the vessel bridge are capable to reduce significantly probability of faultless functioning of the system as a whole. For evaluation of observation system reliability it has been proposed to use a tree of errors with a variable structure allowing to define numerical indicators of such systems reliability at any kinds of errors of a "human element".
