The mathematical model of stimulating motivation of labour on fishing vessels
Abstract. The mathematical model of management of motivation state in the vessel crew has been proposed. The model has been worked out for the open two-level system consisting of the company management and members of the vessel. The method of harmonizing the interests of management's motivation and membership of the crew has been developed.
