Threats to national interests and the border guard security system of the Russian Arctic zone
Abstract. The analysis of the state acts on Russia’s safety (particularly the Arctic region) including all the facilities of Russia’s Coast Guard (Federal Security Service) in the context of growing threats in the border guard domain has been carried out. Some proactive steps to prevent threats and concrete measures on maritime border guard activities have been proposed.
