The new industrial policy of Arctic mineral resources development as a factor of long-term economic development of the Russian North-West: Methodological and conceptual proposals
Abstract. Some methodological and conceptual proposals for development of the new industrial policy of the state in industrial regions within the North-Western federal district of the RF have been considered; the policy should be focused on deep processing of the Arctic mineral resources at created Russian enterprises.
