Russia in Arctic: Strategic priorities of integrated development and infrastructure policy
Abstract. To describe and understand the perspective of territorial economic systems in the Russian Arctic the authors have studied the following: strategic priorities of state policy for development of mineral resources in Arctic, institutional environment of the Earth's interior use, priorities in food supply of people, financial opportunities and mechanisms of Arctic territories' development.
