Evaluation of overall strategic potential of the Russian Arctic zone basic industries
Abstract. In the paper the concept of strategic management potential as applied to the Arctic zone of Russia has been substantiated; the natural resource base of this potential on the background of total raw material orientation of the Russian economy has been revealed; methodological approaches and methodological tools for assessing overall strategic potential of the basic industries of the region have been presented.
