Senator I.V. Lopukhin on problems of civil responsibility of a person
Abstract. Some problems of civil responsibility in the philosophy of Russian masons of the late XVIII – the early XIX century have been considered. The analysis of the world outlook of a famous Russian mason I.V. Lopukhin, his ideas and practical suggestions for increasing responsibility of the power, officials and especially judges has been worked out. The urgency of problem of person civil responsibility for modern Russia has been shown.
