Terms, factors and threats of functioning the bio-socio-economic system of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation
Abstract. The various conditions and factors determining the characteristics of functioning the economic, social and biological systems of the Russian Arctic have been considered. The results of analysis of the socio-economic development of the northern region, an assessment of the legal aspects determining the specificity of the northern regions have been given. The geopolitical situation of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation and potential geopolitical threat to its development have been considered
