The main approaches to formation of habitat of socio-ecological and economic systems of commercial fishery
Abstract. The paper considers the basic principles of studying the internal structure of the developing elements of socio-ecological and economic systems of commercial fishery, in particular principles of their organization, functioning, degree of interaction and mutual influence. The necessity of working out the mechanisms of managing development and changes has been determined; the results of these changes will allow determine how the socio-ecological and economic habitat of commercial fishery is ready for various transformations on global, regional, national and local levels
