Formation and development of labour potential of the Russian Federation Arctic zone
Abstract. The problems of labour potential formation in mono-industry settlements of the Arctic zone have been revealed. The structure of mono-industry settlements in the Arctic zone taking into account the distribution by categories as well as by sectors has been considered. The analysis of the population dynamics of mono-industry settlements has been conducted. The situation in Olenegorsk has been considered in details. The features and the basic directions of formation and development of labour potential of the Arctic zone have been shown
