Mineral resources in Russian economics
Abstract. In the paper the environmental factor influence on economics and welfare of the society has been shown. The conclusion on the necessity of structural reorganization and ecologization of economics, control on nature exploitation independently from ownership form and from forms of managing has been made. The author has tried to prove that the balanced nature exploitation is one of the main factors of country steady progressing.
